In this diverse role, I am responsible for email marketing, direct mail campaigns, social media management, team branding, design for marketing materials, and more. At any given time, I manage marketing plans for 30 listed properties across the state, ranging from $200K lots to $8M luxury homes. So far, I have generated $18.6M in sales volume from various campaigns. 

As a Student Collaborator on Teaching (SCOT), I worked one-on-one with professors to help them receive feedback. I collect qualitative research through focus groups and observations. I have written 20 professional reports for professors. I have observed several different classrooms, including culinary arts, engineering, theater, and English. This experience helped teach me how to be more observant and engaging.

The day after graduating high school, I walked into this office with my resume after meeting the manager several months prior. The role was originally transaction management, but it evolved as my education and skills grew. I worked part-time throughout my education and applied what I learned in class to my position. I grew their social media following by 380 percent on Instagram, managed a CRM of 40,000 individuals, and developed a marketing plan to diversify lead flow. 

During the day, I managed a gift shop of 18 employees from all across the world. After work and on my days off, I explored Glacier National Park alone and with coworkers. I used my experiences and knowledge of the park to ensure guests had a wonderful experience at our two shops. Many customers entered our store upset after being turned away at the entrance of the park, so I made it a goal to help every customer leave feeling better. I learned to diffuse intense situations and provide valuable insights. On several occasions, customers informed me that I had saved their vacation. After developing a connection, I was able to upsell and build rapport for our company. At one point, I even used sales techniques to get a nudist to purchase a shirt.
